Commercial Land Development

We offer a vast amount of experience and knowledge in land development.  We have experience in many cities throughout Texas and surrounding states.  Founder and Principal, Kevin W. Love, P.E., has provided service for clients such as HEB, The Home Depot, David Berndt Interest, Target Corporation, Toys R Us,  Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Chick-fil A, Taco Cabana, Trammel Crow, Darden Restaurants, Whataburger and many more large commercial developers.  When it comes to design and development, we work closely with key personnel involved at the city and pertinent utility companies in order to get the job done right.  Knowing the processes helps to keep your job moving as smoothly as possible, and KLove Engineering is proud to be a part of that.
